My Story
I was introduced to Scentsy by my friend who was a Consultant. I loved seeing her posts on Facebook and decided to try a Borrow Bag. As soon as I got the bag home and set up the Alabaster, warming our all-time favourite Luna, I knew I was going to love these products! They were so well made and the fragrances in the tester pack were just amazing. My daughter and I had a lovely time sorting the piles of testers into our favourites! I bought my first warmer and waxes and continued to be a customer for over a year or so.
Everyone who came into my home (or car) commented on the gorgeous smell and I’d take them on a tour of my warmers! I recommended my friend and soon they were buying their Scentsy from her too. I was in admiration of her determination and courage to make it a successful business, but it never crossed my mind to become a consultant too. Until, my teaching hours at work were lost due to budget cuts and I was in financial difficulty. My friend suggested I thought about joining Scentsy as I was “basically selling it already” ……so I did.
I was absolutely terrified at first…. I’d only ever known how to be a teacher, not a salesperson running my own business! My friend, now my Sponsor was amazing, helping, training, supporting and guiding me at every step. As soon as I started selling it, I got such a buzz. There’s a huge Scentsy family of consultants who are all connected and so supportive and I’ve made great friendships already.
I love Scentsy and spreading the Scentsy love….once everyone tries it, they love it too!
